Booking

A $2,500 deposit is required to confirm your hunt.. A second payment of $2,500 is due at
least 6 months prior to your hunt date. The balance is due at the completion of your hunt, which can be paid via wire transfer or credit cards. We accept Visa and MasterCard. A fee of 2.5% applies.

Cancellations

With adequate notice, deposits can be credited to a future hunt date. Our policy is:

• • 6+ months notice, the full amount of your deposit will be credited to a future date.
• • Less than 6 months notice, no credit will be given to a future date.

Transfers

With adequate notice and agreement between the Owner and the Client, deposits and arrangements can be transferred, assigned, or credited to another person that the client finds themselves and that person is not already booked with Leithen Valley Hunts.

Contract

To book your hunt with us, please fill out our agreement form by following these instructions:

• Download the Contract Form PDF file. Open it with a PDF viewing app or software. Fill it out completely and enter a digital signature. Save and email the form to us.

• ⇓ Download the Contract Form PDF file. Print, fill out, and sign. Take a photo or scan and then email it to us. It’s that simple!
