Jake has been with us since 2013. A keen young man who lives to hunt and hunts to live, Jake has spent more time hunting than most people twice his age. Jake will make your hunt of a lifetime come true as you get up close and personal with the wild game you chase!
Jake grew up in the wilderness of the South Island, following in the footsteps of his father, running trap lines for possums.After spending some time at the local high school Jake thought he would like to see if he could turn his love for hunting and the outdoors into a career. He came to Leithen Valley on work experience, and that’s all it took! His enthusiasm was infectious and at the end of that year he traded the books for a pair of binoculars and has never looked back.
Jake also jumped at the opportunity of completing the New Zealand Professional Hunting Guides course.
Jake is always keen to go the extra mile for his clients, it’s easy to see he gets as much of a thrill harvesting the trophy of a lifetime as his clients do.
